Tom Collins and the Whiskey Bandits have been spotted occasionally in the Fargo/Moorhead area for the last several years. From time to time, they emerge from hiding to entertain fine folks with their blend of traditional and modern Irish music. This year they are bringing the party to Front Street taproom on March 14th in observance of St Patrick’s day. The bandits consist of Sir Ian Durkin (guitar, mandolin, vocals), Tyler “Digits” Hamre (drums), and John Rian (left handed guitar, vocals). They will be joined by special guest Ben Revier (tin whistle, vocals). With sets filled with songs ranging from the Dubliners to the Dropkick Murphy’s, it’s sure to be a helluva party. So stop on by, and raise a glass to good fellowship, music, and St Patrick!
