Bock Poking is a time honored late winter/early spring tradition that involves fire, metal, and Bock beer.

We will have a representative from August Schell Brewing Company out on the patio with a fire ready to poke your Bock. Poking a Bock with a red-hot poker caramelizes the malt and sugars, creating a smoky character and creamy taste.
